Ice cream store Frekles was the only shop under attack when thieves smashed the front window of the store and scarf the cash register that had about $1000 cash in it. The alarm went off at 1am on last week Tuesday, 22 May. A security guard attended but nothing was seen or heard.
Footage was later getting from outside the centre, situated on the corner of Lynbrook Boulevard and South Gippsland Highway, Lynbrook. Police stated the footage recommended the thieves picked up the register and ran in an easterly direction to a waiting car.
An ice-cream palace would now come out not far from Sokolniki Park in Moscow. According to developers of the project plan, it would take at least three years to bring the design to life. A Wearer man has been detained on charges of driving as under the influence after he was involved in an accident in his ice cream truck.
Roland Spencer, 46, was blamed of driving his ice cream truck as drunk. The Henniker police were then called at 5 p.m. Saturday after a man accounted a hit-and-run accident on Route 114, near the junction with Route 202/9. According to Henniker Sgt. Matthew French, Spencer might have crossed the centerline when his side-view mirror hit the mirror of another car to come to make a turn. The car's driver then called the police.

A 17-year-old driving an indulgence truck for Lucky's Ice Cream reported police that he was robbed at about 9 p.m. last night along Hot Point Road in Shippensburg Twp., Cumberland County.
The driver had stopped to ensure his record of ice pops, ice cream sandwiches and some other frozen delights when somebody held a knife to his neck and asked money, police said. The thief took $200 before running away, stated police, who did not have a portrayal of the thief.
