Italian Gelato and Sorbetto

A Gelato is a dairy based ice cream which is made with toffee, fruits, chocolate, nuts, etc. However a Sorbetto is made out of sugar, fruits and water, hence a Sorbetto is dairy-free. Both these ice creams contain no fat or cholesterol. Gelato is mouth-watering and has less sugar, calories and carbs than the ordinary ice creams.

Many young people love to top up their Gelatos with chopped roasted almonds, pista, coconut, chocolate chips, toffee powder and also colorful gummy bears! Adults prefer to have with whipped cream and flavored with hazelnut.
