Jelly:

A thick, clear, gelatin-like matter made from fruit juice, sugar, and the thickener pectin, which are ripe together to reduce the liquid content, concentrate the flavor, and thicken the mixture. Once set, jelly is worn as a spread for bread and toast and as a filling for cakes and pastries.

Jazz Apple:

A new variety of apple created in New Zealand and is now creation its way into the United States and other areas around the world. It is a cross flanked by the Royal Gala and Brae burn varieties. It has a natural red coloring over a light yellow background. It has a remarkably crisp texture with a tasty sweet flavor.
