Mix-ins:

The nuts, fruits, brand name candies and additional good stuff that gets blended into the ice cream for the final indulgence. Mix-ins ranges from homemade brownies to cookie dough, Snickers to sticky Bears and everything in between.

Mango Ice cream:

Tropical fruit, oval in shape, which has an incredibly juicy, sweet flavored, orange flesh. The skin of the mango is yellowish with an orange tinge when ripe. To check for ripeness, press the fruit flippantly with a fingertip, fruit must yield slightly to the pressure. Good ice creams are prepared by mangos.

A method using heat to transform a solid product into a liquid.
