Protein:

Chemically, a protein is a multifaceted
nitrogenous compound made up of amino acids in peptide linkages.
Dietary proteins are concerned in the synthesis of tissue
protein and other special metabolic functions. In anabolic
processes they supply the amino acids required to build
and uphold body tissues. As an energy source, proteins are
equivalent to carbohydrates in providing 4 calories per
gram.

and top crust. There are numerous dissimilar types of crust
that could be used, such as a pastry, puff pastry, graham
cracker, cookie crumb, or may be meringue crust
