Raisin:

A dried grape, which are
eaten out of give or added to baked goods, as well as sweet
and savory dishes. Thompson green grapes could be processed
into both dark and golden seedless raisins, altering in
both appearance and taste. To make the dark raisins from
green grapes, the grapes are sun-dried for quite a few weeks,
which cause them to get on a dark, shriveled appearance.
Golden raisins are treated with sulphur dioxide to stop
their color from darkening.
