Making Charcoal Ice Cream

Charcoal Ice Cream


Whipped cream
2 spoon edible Activated charcoal
4 Egg yolk
140 gram Sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Take a bowl and beat the whipped cream with activated charcoal and stir the content until it became thick ribbon in separate bowl add egg yolk sugar and vanilla extract stir the continuously until it forms ribbon and then add these mixture to the charcoal mixture again and whisk together add the egg mixture and gently fold the mixture together add these in a Tupperware box and freeze it for 8 to 9 hours and serve
