Crab stock
12 egg yolk
120 gram sugar
15g milk powder
whipped cream
Pinch of salt
sauce pan


Heat the pan and add the crab stock in low simmer for 5 minutes take a bowl and add the egg yolk and sugar whisk for 10 minutes and then add these mixture in crab stock and heat it for few minutes remove the pan from flame and cool it and then freeze it for 30 minutes and eat
