New Exotic Concoction Ice Creams

Australian ice cream suppliers are making a concoction of ice creams as a request from ice cream lovers and chefs. More than 600 ice creams and sorbet flavors have been launched from simple vanilla to concoctions of pickled ginger sorbet. Some of the ice creams are made with mandarin and cardamom, figs and honey and even with Kahlua and chocolate. There are also ice creams made from scented lemon and rosemary.

After many requests from customers, an Australian ice cream company called 'Lick!' has come out with new combination of flavors such as peanut-brittle ice cream, rock melon sorbet, honeycomb ice cream, burnt caramel, macadamia praline, couverture dark chocolate and roasted coconut flavor with cherry pie. The company will be bringing out more flavors for Christmas such as brandy and scorched almond ice creams.
