Making Halva Ice Cream

Ingredients
300 ml Milk
300 ml Cream
40ml sugar
3 table spoon honey
150 gram halva
½ tablespoon vanilla powder
Nuts (optional)

Steps

Take a sauce pan and pour milk cream sugar and egg yolk and whisk heat the dairy mixture and halva mixture in low flame cool the ice cream base for 4 hours pour the ice cream base into ice cream machine once ice cream begin to form pour honey and nuts and serve it
