Neapolitan Icecream

This is an icecream made up of three flavors like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. It was originally found in the Italian city of Naples in 19th century. Later it came to fashion in United States.

• Heavy cream(2 cups)
• Condensed milk(2 cans)
• Vanilla extract(1 spoon)
• Strawberries(2 cups)
• Water(half cup)
• Chocolate bars(1 cup)


• Mix the cream and milk.
• Take three bowls in one bowl add vanilla extract and mix then wrap it and place in the freezer for three hours.
• In a sauce pan add strawberries and water and let it cool. Pour it on the top of the layer and make it freeze for another two hours.
• Add the chocolate to the remaining milk and stir it to combine then pour on the top of the strawberry layer and make it freeze for another two hours.
• Remove the icecream from the freezer.
• And finally your Neapolitan icecream gets ready and you can eat and enjoy.
