Mochi ice cream got its inspiration from the existing mochi dish of the Japanese that is made with the sticky rice. This mochi is modified into the mochi ice cream by the Japanese-American business woman and who is an activist too.
It appears to be round and which is filled with the ice cream inside and the outer layer is the sticky rice cake mochi, that is soft and fluffy.
