The city of Ahmedabad has brought out designer ice-creams for Indian weddings. Now you can enjoy 'Paan Ice-creams' or burn your tongue with hot 'Chilly Ice-cream'. Wedding caterers across Ahmedabad, say that there is demand for ice-creams not only for their taste but they also have good aesthetic appeal. A caterer from Mumbai said; they offer different kinds of rare flavors such as Paan ice-creams and 'Mix-N-Match' Kulfis. Apart form this, Italian Gelato made from fresh fruits, cocoa, chocolate, nuts and dry fruits are also the part of this wedding season. Such designer ice-creams take longer time to manufacture and therefore they are quite expensive than ordinary ones.
