Pomegranate Ice Cream
Juice the pomegranates
and the lime, straining the juices into a bowl. You
will have approximately ¾ cup of pomegranate
juice. Reserve the pomegranate seeds for garnish. Add
the powdered sugar and whisk to dissolve.
