Original Ice Cream

In its simplest form, ice cream (originally iced cream) which is a frozen ice cream dessert made from dairy products (milk, cream or custard) combined with the flavorings and sweeteners. This mixture is a super-cooled by stirring while reducing its temperature to prevent large ice cream crystals from forming.
