Zante
Grape:
-
A
very little variety of grape that usually grows to no
more than 1/4" in diameter. It is seedless and the flavor
is extremely sweet. Most of the Zante grape crop in the
United States is full-grown in California. The grapes
originated in Greece where a big quantity is still produced.
Most of the Zante grapes are dried to be old as dried
currants.
Zestar

A
variety of apple, which grows well in cooler climates,
Zestar apples are harvested late in the summer season.
It is bright red with greenish yellow coloring, medium
sized, with a crisp white grainy soft tissue that is very
